I.  Eligibility:  There are two types of memberships.

  a.  ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP:  Open to all persons eighteen years or older.  Each active member whose dues are paid shall be entitled to one vote in the conduct of club business.

b  JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP:  Open to all persons under the age of eighteen with parental consent.  Junior members shall not vote, nor hold office.
